1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused/unopened merchandise (apparel, accessories, prayer cards).
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Opened tattoo aftercare products (for hygiene reasons)
    • Digital downloads (prayer card PDFs, design templates)
    • Custom-made/personalized items

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us first at daneil@sanjudastattoo.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of item(s) in original packaging
  2. If approved, you’ll receive:
    • prepaid return label (US customers)
    • Instructions for international returns

3. Refunds

  • Refunds issued within 5 business days after we receive the return.
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund method: Original payment or store credit (your choice).

4. Exchanges

  • We gladly exchange defective/wrong items at no extra cost.
  • Include a note specifying desired replacement (subject to availability).

5. International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Any customs fees

6. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship a replacement immediately (no return required).
