1. Returns Eligibility
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused/unopened merchandise (apparel, accessories, prayer cards).
- Non-returnable items:
- Opened tattoo aftercare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Digital downloads (prayer card PDFs, design templates)
- Custom-made/personalized items
2. Return Process
- Contact Us first at daneil@sanjudastattoo.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of item(s) in original packaging
- If approved, you’ll receive:
- A prepaid return label (US customers)
- Instructions for international returns
3. Refunds
- Refunds issued within 5 business days after we receive the return.
- Original shipping costs non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund method: Original payment or store credit (your choice).
4. Exchanges
- We gladly exchange defective/wrong items at no extra cost.
- Include a note specifying desired replacement (subject to availability).
5. International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs fees
