How to Request a Return

Email us at daneil@sanjudastattoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and reason for return
If the item is defective or damaged, include clear photos
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than perfect condition

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please email us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge and arrange return of the incorrect item.
